Desktop Support Analyst
Seeks a Desktop Support Analyst with five (5)+ years expereince for their growing Midtown location. Responsibilities: -Install/upgrade/troubleshoot/relocate all user desktop hardware. -Install/upgrade/maintain all user software. -Train users in the use of desktop HW/SW. -Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops and peripherals for network connectivity. -Install/troubleshoot local area network printers. -Provide support to multiple locations (some travel required). -Ability/willingness to work extra hours, as needed. -Lifting of workstations/peripherals, when required. -Ability to work independently, as well as with others, in a small team. *Extensive user interface experience with senior executives is a must! *College degree and/or Certifications required.
